Additionally, you can set required fields in the portal, preventing pet parents from submitting service order requests until they complete that information. Time To Pet's customizable fields make it easy to keep track of important information about your clients and their pets. You can capture as much (or as little) information as you need to perform exceptional pet care services. With the ability to select a pet's vet directly through the Portal, you can ensure that you always have the information you need in case of an emergency.

Clients can easily view their upcoming and pending events on your Pet Parent Portal. Does your client have a new trip coming up? They can also submit new service order requests and make changes or cancellations to their existing requests! New requests are sent to you for approval in real time!
Invoices
In addition to managing their information and scheduled events, clients can view and pay invoices directly from the Portal. They can submit a payment using their credit card, debit card, or ACH payment method. Have a happy client? Tips can also be added here!
